Use 1 part cinnamon powder to 2 parts raw honey. 1/2 a teaspoon cinnamon to 1 teaspoon honey is recommended but you can use more or less as long as it is in the ratio of 1 to 2. (1 tsp. cinnamon to 2 tsp. raw honey is a simple example)

Stove top method.
- Bring 1 cup (8 oz.) water to a boil.
- Put cinnamon into the water. Cover, turn off the stove, and let it seep for 30 minutes.
- Add honey now that the water and cinnamon mixture has cooled. NEVER add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.
- Drink 1/2 directly before going to bed. The other 1/2 should be covered and placed in the fridge.
- In the morning, drink the other half. You can drink it cold or at room temperature but do not re-heat (again, using heat, including a microwave, will destroy the enzymes)
Do not add anything else to this recipe. No lemon, no lime, no vinegar. It is most effective on an empty stomach and primarily at night. This works for most people. Inches are lost before any measurement on the scales. People report increased energy, more sex drive, and feeling happier.
What causes the weight loss?
The cinnamon and honey cause a cleansing effect in the digestive tract and cleans out parasites and other bacteria that slow down the digestion which cause toxic build up. Once this is all cleaned out, you will most likely have a slow down in weight loss. You may even hit a plateau. However, this is very effective method to a natural detox.
Please note that other side effects may occur because of the toxins being released. It is normal and if it does occur to an uncomfortable level, take a break or cut back on how much you use.
